Sandakphu – Trek to the Top of Bengal | 8N 9D

Day 1 - Bagdogra / NJP to Maneybhanjan

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, our representative will receive you. From there, you will drive along a beautiful mountain road to reach Maneybhanjan.

Overnight stay: Maneybhanjan

Day 2 - Maneybhanjan to Tonglu (Tumling) Trek

Today is the first day of your trekking journey. After breakfast, the trek will begin from Maneybhanjan to Tonglu (Tumling).

This route is full of dense forests, mountain views, and natural beauty.

Overnight stay: Tumling / Tonglu (Tent or Lodge)

Day 3 - Tonglu to Kalipokhri / Gairibas Trek

Today's trekking route is from Tonglu to Kalipokhri. Along the way, you will see beautiful mountain villages and the famous Kalipokhri Lake.

Overnight stay: Kalipokhri or Gairibas

Day 4 - Gairibas to Sandakphu Trek

Today is one of the most important parts of the trek. The trek will be from Gairibas to Sandakphu—the highest point in West Bengal.

In good weather, you can see Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, and Makalu from here.

Overnight stay: Sandakphu

Day 5 - Sandakphu to Phalut Trek

After watching the sunrise in the morning, you will have breakfast. Then the trek will begin from Sandakphu to Phalut—a long but extremely beautiful route.

Overnight stay: Phalut

Day 6 - Phalut to Gorkhey Trek

Today's trek will be from Phalut to Gorkhey. This route is especially popular for its forests, rivers, and mountain villages.

Overnight stay: Gorkhey

Day 7 - Gorkhey  to Rammam Trek

After breakfast, the trek will begin from Gorkhey to Rammam. This trek along the Rammam River is very scenic.

Overnight stay: Rammam

Day 8 - Rammam to Rimbik Trek | Drive to Maneybhanjan

Today is the last day of trekking. After completing the trek from Rammam to Rimbik, you will be taken to Maneybhanjan by car.

Day 9 - Maneybhanjan to Bagdogra / NJP

After breakfast, you will be dropped off at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. This marks the end of this memorable trekking journey."
