Day 01

Howrah to NJP

We will meet at Howrah station at 5:30 (train timings will be communicated to you later) and board the train for NJP station.

Day 02

NJP to Gangtok

Today we will reach NJP in the morning and leave for Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. We will meet our driver at the station. Our journey begins. Approximately 135 km, 3 - 4 hours drive - Enchanting environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will enjoy these 5 days with open mind. You will enjoy a scenic drive along the Teesta river. You will reach Gangtok by noon, seeing the beautiful view of the mountains and the clouds floating by. Gangtok is a city at an altitude of 1,437 meters. In the afternoon, visit MG Road, a pedestrian-only shopping street with cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 03

Changu Lake and Baba Temple

Today we will all head out after breakfast to beautiful hill destinations like Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), New Baba Temple (additional charge for Nathu La Pass). A frozen glacial lake, surrounded by high peaks and sparkling, cold air, covered in blue skies - Changu Lake is one of those rare places that gives your mind a chilling feeling. (Carry camphor, popcorn if you have difficulty breathing) The emerald blue body of water is located at an altitude of 12,400 feet on the Gangtok-Nathula Road. It is also known as Somgo Lake, during winters, Changu Lake freezes. Apart from its beauty, this lake also holds cultural significance for the local community. In the past, lamas used the lake's water for fortune telling.

Day 04

Gangtok to Pelling, via Ravangla

We will start our journey from Gangtok to Ravangla, a picturesque town located in the foothills of the Himalayas. There you can visit the Buddha Park, which has a 130-feet-tall Buddha statue. You can also visit Ralang Monastery, which is one of the most important monasteries of the Kagyu sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Then we will head towards Pelling and stay in Pelling.

Day 05

Peling Sightseeing

After a light breakfast around 8 am, we will start the day a little early. Khecheopalri Lake : A sacred lake to both Buddhists and Hindus, which is believed to be the footprints of Jetsun Dolma, a female Bodhisattva. The lake is surrounded by prayer flags and has no leaves on its surface, as birds keep it clean. It is also known as the 'Wish Fulfillment Lake'. Kanchenjunga Falls : A spectacular waterfall on the way to Yuksom, named after the Kanchenjunga mountain. The waterfall is fed by melting glaciers and is about 300 feet high. It is a popular spot for adventure activities like photography and zip lining. Rimbi Waterfalls: A picturesque waterfall near the village of Darap, built on the Rimbi River. The waterfall is a good place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. There is also a hydroelectric power station near the waterfall, which is one of the oldest in Sikkim. Pelling Skywalk and Chenrezig statue : A glass-bottomed skywalk that offers a thrilling view of the valley below. The skywalk is located near the 137-foot-tall statue of Chenrezig, the god of mercy, which is the fourth tallest statue in Sikkim. The statue and the skywalk are part of the Pelling Eco Park, which also has a garden, a cafeteria, and a souvenir shop.

Day 06

Pelling to NJP Station

Today it is our turn to catch the train. Today we will bid farewell to Pelling and leave for the station. On the way to the station, we will have lunch. We will reach the station by following the beautiful mountain roads, mesmerizing the mountain scenery and the winding path under the pine trees.

Day 07

End of Journey

Today we will board the train at Sealdah/Burdwan station. We will leave for home with some beautiful memories and a lot of joy at the end of our North Sikkim trip.

• Children above 4 years will be counted for hotel room, car seat and permit.
• Children below 4 years (absolutely free) will not have train, bus and car seat.
• Extra chargеs arе applicablе for thе usе of air conditioning in thе Cab.
• Extra mattress will be charged by hotel owners only.
• Extra charge for room heater will be charged by hotel owners only.
• AC cannot be used in hilly areas.
• Any problem of hotel will be solved by hotel authorities only.
• Any food and beverage outside the package will be charged by hotel owners only. If there is no geyser, the hotel will arrange hot water and its extra charge will be charged by hotel owners only.
• All transportation will be on point to point basis.
• Any sightseeing outside the package will be at own expense. It will be charged by the driver.
• Natural disasters such as landslides, road blockades, any expenses arising from political reasons, disruptions (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the guest, payable directly on the spot) Due to operational reasons, the routing and hotels of this tour may be revised. However, all the services mentioned above will remain unchanged.
• Any increase in tax or fuel prices may be charged as an additional cost to the package.
• If you are unable to visit the tourist spot due to land slides, heavy snow falls, excessive rain, road repairs or any other reason, you will have to refrain from visiting that place. "Bhoomi Team" will not be responsible for that. We will not provide any medicine or medical insurance in case of any disease of the guests.
• Any disrespectful behavior and property damage caused by the guests should be fully responsible for themselves.
• All the meals provided by the hotel authorities will have to be eaten by the group and there will be no separate meals for anyone. If someone wants to eat separate meals, he will have to bear the cost of it himself. (No amount will be deducted for the package)
• The responsibility of each and every student, girl and office staff will be on the college authorities or office committee, "Bhoomi Team" will not be responsible for any unfortunate and illegal incident caused by them. (Only for office, college and school)
